Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or a relationship or career issue? Do you feel like you keep having the same argument over and over with someone or have you experienced a traumatic event and now it feels hard to move forward?

I enjoy helping and being a witness to your life. I was a single mother for many years and I can help with healing from painful breakup or divorce. I experienced a significant trauma as a college student and it was then I realized that in order to heal, you might need someone to talk to. That person can provide support and, maybe, another perspective so you don’t remain locked in emotional pain.

In therapy, I draw from IFS, CBT and Hakomi Therapy which is a body centered somatic psychotherapy. I work with teens and adults and I also run our teen anxiety group on Mondays. I love helping anyone who’s struggling in their career journey and we can do personality and interest testing to help you find your unique path.

I have a 23 year old daughter who is an oil painter and illustrator. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, making tie-dyes, traveling to Mexico and researching topics related to mental health and spirituality.

Right now, I am reading a book by Gabor Maté about how repressed emotions and physical illness are closely related.

I see clients in the Fishers office primarily and every other Friday in the Broad Ripple office.

This is a video I made for our group therapy page.

I facilitate our Teen Anxiety Group with Heather Sosbe on Monday evenings
